摘　　要：目的 介绍左腋下小切口治疗小儿动脉导管未闭(PDA)的方法和体会。方法 2001年3月至2003年5月动脉导管未闭的小儿18例采用腋下切口治疗。结果手术成功率为100％,无严重并发症,均痊愈出院。结论左腋下小切口治疗小儿动脉导管未闭损伤小,恢复快,住院时间短,并发症少,手术安全有效,值得临床应用。Objective Introduce the experience of Patent Ductus Arterriosus with left subaxillary minithoracotomy. Methods From March, 2001 to May, 2003,18 cases patients with Patent Ductus Arterriosus were cured by left subaxillary minithoracotomy. Results All patients were cured and had no severe complications. Conclusion The procedure that curing PDA by left subaxillary minithoracotomy has slighter injury, faster recovery .shorter hospitalization.less complications than traditional operation,and it can be applied clinically.
