摘　　要：A warm spring sun shines on a spacious horserace ground in Tibet. At ten o’clock in the morning, horsemanship training formally starts. A woman, more than 30 years old, rides a horse at galloping in front of a group of riders. She stands up or bends flat on the horseback, shouting instructions amid the sound of hoofs. She is Dawa Zhuoma, the first woman horsemanship instructor in Tibet
