摘 要:研究采用Eggers现场胃含物法,研究了我国黄海主要小型鱼类沙氏下幼鱼的摄食和生态转换效率等生态能量学特征.结果表明(1)沙氏下鱼全天都有摄食行为,故空胃率极低,仅为总检测鱼数量的4 5%.但仍有比较明显的摄食节律;在夜间00:00时有一非常明显的摄食高峰期,白天的摄食水平始终较高.(2)消化道排空模型为一指数曲线St=ae-b·t,两次测定中的瞬时排空率相差很小,均值为0 13g/(100g·h).(3)日摄食量随时间呈波浪形变化趋势,波距约14d,波高变化较大;平均日摄食量为(10 16±1 19)g/(100g·d)或(55 56±6 51)kJ/(100g·d).(4)从沙氏下鱼的实测日生长量为3 24g/(100g·d)或12 91kJ/(100g·d),可求得其食物转换效率和能量转换效率分别为31 89%或23 24%.The food consumption and ecological conversion efficiency of a marine pelagic fish species, Hyporhamphus sajori, were determined by using in situ stomach content method given by Eggers. The results indicate that: (1) The fish could feed all day, so the empty stomach rate is quite low, only accounts for about 4.5% of the total determined fish; however, the fish still has significant daily feeding rhythm; a food consumption peak appears at 00:00 o'clock, and the food consumption maintains relatively high level at daytime; (2) the model of gastric evacuation rate can be represented by an exponential curve equation, S_t=ae^(-b·t); the instantaneous gastric evacuation rates determined at two times have no significant difference, with the average being 0.13 g/(100 g·h); (3) the daily food consumption tends to change wave upon wave with time, the average being (10.16±1.19)g /(100 g·d) or(55.56±6.51)kJ/(100g·d); the wave distance is 14 d, but the wave height varies largely; (4) determined actual daily growth rate is 3.24 g/(100g·d) or 12.91 kJ/(100g·d); based no this value, ecological conversion efficiency can be calculated, i.e., 31.89% or 23.34%.
