摘　　要：济钢第三炼钢厂挡渣工艺采用悬挂式挡渣棒插入装置,其设计先进、合理,应用效果好,钢包渣层厚度约10～30mm,吨钢下渣量小于2 7kg,合金收得率提高5%,为提高钢水质量、降低消耗、稳定生产创造了有利条件。The slag stopping process adopts hanging skimmer bar inserting device in No.3 steel-making plant of Jigang. The advanced and reasonable design has made the process get good effect. The slag depth in ladle is about 10～30mm, the slag bulk of ladle is less than 2.7kg/t, the yield of alloy is increased by 5.0%. The process brings advantages for improving quality of molten steel, cutting down consumption and stabilizing production.
