摘　　要：通过对喷吹法和机械搅拌法铁水预处理工艺进行分析,确定选用KR法铁水预处理工艺。使用证明,KR法铁水预处理工艺选型合理,脱硫率稳定在90%左右,能够满足钢种、转炉和连铸机的生产要求。The hot metal pretreatment of injecting and mechanical stirring are analyzed, then the 'KR' hot metal pretreatment is confirmed to use. The application has shown that the 'KR' process is reasonable, the degree of desulphurization is 90%. The process has met the requirement of steel grade, BOF and continuous casting machine.
