摘　　要：济钢第二炼钢厂通过提高转炉冶炼水平,进行高效连铸改造,加强设备管理,优化生产组织,加强动态考核,保证了两炉对一机小方坯全连铸连续、高效、稳定生产,年降低成本1000多万元。By improving converter smelting level, carrying out high effective casting transforming, enhancing equipment management, optimizing producing structure and strengthening dynamics examination in No.2 steel-making plant of Jigang, the production of two converters coupled with one billet caster in full CC is approved continuously, effectively and reliably, and the cost is reduced by 10 million Yuan annually.
