摘　　要：从钢水质量、铸机设备、工艺操作、铜管结构及生产管理等方面分析了铜管使用寿命的影响因素。通过降低钢水过热度、改善设备运行条件、加强软水质量监控、修订各项管理制度,使铜管过钢量大大提高,年降成本40多万元。Introduces the effect factors of servicing mould copper tube from molten steel quality, caster equipment, processes operating, structure of copper tube, productive management and so on. Through lowering molten steel's superheats, improving equipment circulate conditions, strengthening water quality supervision and revising sorts of management systems, service life of copper tube are raised highly, 400 thousand Yuan are saved every year.
