济钢新建板坯连铸机特点及生产实践

摘　　要：为了解决连铸坯与中厚板材生产不匹配的问题,济钢新建了板坯连铸机。该连铸机为短流程布置,采取大规格、大断面生产,应用了动态软压下、连铸自动化等多项先进技术。生产实践证明,铸坯的内部质量良好,板坯质量明显改善,生产率大幅提高。In order to solve the production-matching problem of the slabs and the plates, Jigang built the new slab continuous casting machine. The CCM is short-process layout, and adopts many advanced technologies such as dynamic soft reduction, casting automation, etc. The application has proved that the internal and exterior quality of the slabs is good and the productivity is increased.
