摘　　要：用氧技术不规范、供氧设备能力不足,喷头存在质量、设计问题,操作不合理等是影响氧枪枪龄的主要原因。通过制定合理的用氧制度、枪位制度、实施低碱度操作,重新设计氧枪喷头结构和贯彻精料方针等,枪龄由原57炉提高至203炉,年可降低成本900余万元。The nonstandard technique of using oxygen, deficiency capability of oxygen supplying equipment, the existed quality and design questions in lance, the unreasonable operation etc. are main reasons influencing lance life. By establishing reasonable system of using oxygen and operating lance, enforcing low basicity operation, redesigning the structure of the top lance and carrying out prepared burden guideline, the lance life is increased from 57 heats to 203 heats, and the production cost is reduced by 9 million Yuan annually.
