摘　　要：采用120t顶底复吹转炉、LF精炼设备、板坯连铸机开发生产JG590高强钢,通过合理控制生产工艺,保证了铸坯成分合格、表面质量良好,轧制的板材符合用户要求。The high intensity steel JG590 is produced by the 120 ton combined blowing converter, ladle furnace refined equipment and slab continuous casting machine. By controlling the process correctly, the qualified composition of slab, good surface quality has been guaranteed, the rolling plate has met the need of consumers.
