济钢第一炼钢厂降低耐材消耗的系统优化

摘　　要：济钢第一炼钢厂通过降低出钢温度、优化砌炉工艺、采用钢包中间包整体打结等一系列措施,降低了耐材消耗,提高了耐材寿命,使吨钢综合耐材消耗由7.7kg下降到6.0kg,取得了明显的效果。By decreasing tapping temperature, optimizing lining-up process, making ladle and tundish with tossing fluxible refractory and so on, the consumption of refractory is reduced and lifetime of refractory is increased in No.1 steel-making plant of Jigang, the synthetic refractory consumption is reduced from 7.7kg to 6.0kg every one ton steel, and the obvious effect is obtained.
