摘　　要：为实现炼钢清洁生产 ,研究开发了“磁凝聚器 -粗颗粒分离器 -斜管沉淀罐”转炉烟气除尘污水处理新工艺。系统采用具有三级沉淀装置的斜管沉淀罐处理除尘污水 ,工程投资比普通斜板沉淀池节省 2 0 %。应用表明 ,斜管沉淀罐实现了PLC自动排泥 ,出水悬浮物含量小于 10 0mg/L。In order to carry out pollution free steelmaking, have developed a process which comprises magnetic knockouts corase particle separator chute board depositing tank, three steps of waste water treatment process in converter dust removal. The system adopts chute board depositing tank which is three grades depositing sets to treat waste water. The investment of this project can reduce 20% than normal chute board depositing pool. By applying, chute board depositing tank achieves PLC automatic removing mud and the suspended mass in water is less than 100mg/L.
