摘  要:采用有限容积法对高通量工程试验堆(HFETR)使用的带肋多层套管燃料元件稳态流场及温度场进行了数值模拟,开发了Cash.f程序。该程序采用三维抛物型步进法,紊流模型采用混合长度理论,流体与固体壁面间的耦合关系采用整场求解的方法,且考虑流体物性是其温度的函数。开发的Cash.f程序计算结果与试验结果吻合良好,并用于HFETR堆芯装载方案设计计算。Numerical simulation of steady-state flow field and thermal field of HFETR multi-tubular fuel assembly has been conducted, and CASH. F code has been developed by finite volume method. 3D step-by-step method of parabolic type is adopted in this code, and mixed length theory is adopted for turbulence model. Coupling of fluid and solid at the interfaces of wall surfaces are solved for the whole field, considering that the fluid properties are as function of temperature. The calculated results from CASH. F code is in well agreement with the experimental results, and the code has been used in the design calculation of HFETR core load pattern.
