摘　　要：本文首先阐述了基于GIS的土地资源信息系统结构与功能设计过程 ,然后分析了系统的实现方法并给出了一个实例。系统的设计与实现均采用了软件开发的组件设计思想和分层结构模式 。We describes the structure design and function desing process of Land Resources Information System,then we give an example to this system to which we introduce the idea of component design and the pattern of three-tire structure to make it more extendable
