摘　　要：传统的远程会诊平台均基于点对点通讯来完成,随着互联网通讯的发展及动态服务页面技术的广泛应用,使得通过因特网进行医学影像数据传输成为可能。本文提出了基于互联网通讯的医学影像远程会诊平台的系统结构,分析了采用国际通用ACR-INDEX医学影像学编码进行数据库管理的方法和通讯模式。Traditional tele-consultation platform adopts point-point communication.With the development of internet communication and dynamic service page technology,the data transmission of medical images through internet becomes possible.This paper discusses the system structure of remote medical images consultation platform based on internet communication and analyzes the data management and communication mode adopting international ACR-INDEX medical image code.
