摘　　要：国民待遇原则作为世贸组织的基本原则之一 ,一直受到理论界和企业界的关注。对外资实施超国民待遇政策 ,提高了我国吸收外资的竞争能力 ,吸引了大量外资 ,有力地推动了国家经济建设。我国加入WTO后 ,应继续有条件地对外资实施超国民待遇 ,加强超国民待遇对外资的竞争、产业。As one of the basic principle of World Tade Organization,Principle of ultra national treatment has been receiving the theory circle and the concerns of the business circles all the time.This text has analysed current situation of the ultra national treatment to the foreign capitals on our country and suggests that our country should continue implementing ultra national treatment to the foreign capitals conditionally after joining WTO and strengthen competition leading?direction of industry?technology leading and regional direction of ultra of national treatment to the foreign capitals.
