摘　　要：当前 ,银行监管职能是否从中央银行分离成为国内外理论界的热门话题。“分离论”与“兼容论”争论的焦点 :一是货币政策与银行监管的利益冲突问题 ;二是信息最大化问题 ;三是央行的声誉问题 ;四是央行的权力大小问题。从现实国情分析 ,当前我国不宜进行银行监管职能从中央银行分离的改革 。At present,it has become a popular topic whether the function of banking supervision should be separated from a central bank in the field of theory home and abroad.This paper states that present China should not carry out the reform of separation the function of banking supervision from the central bank from the angle of theory and realistic national conditions,thinks that the most important task in present China is how to manage to coordinate the relations between banking supervision and monetary policy within the present framework,and puts forward some countermeasures and proposals.
