关于新建集中供暖住宅分户热计量设计若干问题的思考

摘　　要：对照有关设计规范、规程,对分户热计量采暖设计存在的若干问题包括室内计算温度的取值、户间传热负荷与建筑总热负荷的关系、户用热量表的设置、散热器恒温阀(传感器)选择与设置、埋地采暖热水管水流速度的控制、垂直共用立管重力水头值计算、住宅内公共用房采暖系统与热计量装置的设置、塑料管壁厚选择与注写以及热费征收等进行了认真思考和有益的探讨,并提出了具体意见和建议。According to the design quantity make selective check the work, and check against the relevant designthe norm, standard, provision with regulation, based on some problem in design of residence with centralheating household-based heat metering systems, including the design value of indoors calculationtemperature the relation of the amount of heat transfer between adjacent units to total ones in building,the establishing of heat measurement devices, the choice and establishing of thermostatic regulatingvalves,the control on water current speed of heat pipe in the floor, the calculation for the gravity operatingpressure head, the heating system and establishing of heat measurement devices of the public room inresidence, the thick choice and note to write of the plastic pipe, the charging of heat charge and so on,proceeds to hard considers with beneficial study, presents the concrete opinion with suggest.
