摘　　要：没收财产刑是我国刑罚体系中一项重要的附加刑。本文从刑法、民法、刑事财产责任体系的协调、法律义务冲突、没收财产的时间等五个方面探析了没收财产的范围,以期为没收财产的立法完善起到一定作用。The punishment of confiscating property is an important attached penalty in our punishment system. This article probes into the range of confiscating property from the following five aspects: a penal law; civil law; the coordination of the criminal property responsibility system; the conflict between law and obligation; and the time of confiscating property, so as to play a role in confiscating property legislation perfectly.
