摘　　要：面对知识经济的挑战,泰山医学院实施了档案管理数字化、档案收集实时化和档案服务网络化,并在实践的基础上,对档案管理的人员素质、设备水平、安全性等方面所存在的问题,提出了深化改革的对策。To meet with the challenges of knowledge economy,Taishan Medical College carried out digital filing administra- tion,real time filing collection,and net-friend filing service.The reforms brought about new problems,such as the registrar's qualification,equipment and facilities,and surveillance system,which calls for countermeasures to deepen the reform.
