三种抗精神病药物治疗精神分裂症的护理研究

摘　　要：对应用利培酮、氯丙嗪、氯氮平治疗的住院精神分裂症病人,进行护理评定和研究,以探讨这三种药物各治疗时段护理观察的要点。结果:①GAS 和 BPRS 量表评定,三种药物临床疗效相当;②TESS 和 RSESE 评定,三种药物均引起心电图改变和 SGPT 升高,以氯丙嗪发生率最高,而锥体外系副作用氯丙嗪组较明显;③ADL 量表评定,治疗后各周三组病人日常生活能力均有提高;④NOSIE 量表评定,治疗第4、8、12周利培酮组病人的社会能力、社会兴趣和个人整洁改善明显优于氯丙嗪组;⑤随着治疗用药及病情改善,三组病人对治疗依从性和参加工、娱、音疗主动性均有不同程度提高,而利培酮组优于余两组。To approach the main factor to observe in nursing the treatment of schizophrenia with three anti-psychotics(risperi- done,chlorpromazine and clozapine),some in-patients was studied and assessed.RESULT:①measuring with GAS and BPRS scale,the medicines have the same clinical therapeutic effectiveness;②with TESS and RSESE assessment,they all cause EKG changes and SGPT elevation,and chlorpromazine has the highest occurring incidence,with a much lower incidence of ex- tra-pyramidal system side effect;③ADL scale assessment,there are improvement on daily life ability in three groups after treatment each week;④NOSIE scale assessment,in week 4,8 and 12,Risperidone group has more improvement on social a- bility,social interest and personal neatness than chlorpromazine group;⑤the compliance to treatment and the initiative to join work,amusement music treatment also improved with the treatment process.
