摘　　要：目的　探讨髂静脉压迫综合征的腔内治疗。方法　 1998年 3月～ 2 0 0 2年 2月 ,采用超声消融及支架置入术治疗髂静脉压迫综合征共 6例。结果　本组 6例均获随访 ,平均随访 2 9个月 ,患者静脉再通良好 ,临床症状基本消失。结论　腔内治疗髂静脉压迫综合征有效 ,是一种创伤小、安全、简便的静脉疏通方式。Objective To evaluate the effects of transluminal angioplasty in treatment of iliac compression syndrome.Method Six consecutive patients were treated by ultrasonic ablation and stent placement for iliac compression syndrome from 1998 to 2002.Results All patients were followed up,the mean follow-up period was 29 months.The symptoms and signs of 6 cases were alleviated apparently compared with pretreatment.Conclusion The transluminal angioplasty is a simple?safe and efficient method in treatment of iliac compression syndrome.
