花面狸药物催情的初步试验研究

摘　　要：试验通过用外源激素FSH、LH、PMSG、HCG及诱导发情的中草药 ,以不同配合方式及剂量来处理 3月初未发情的经产母狸 ,结果表明花面狸的发情率分别可达 70 % ,80 % ,80 % ,90 % .产仔率分别达 71.4% ,75 % ,75 % ,77.8% .使花面狸的发情、配种、受孕趋于一致 ,这不但很好解决了实际生产中诸多问题 ,而且也为北方地区花面狸年繁 2胎技术提供了依据 .This article concerns the test of treating anestrus porus female Paguma Larvata in early March with different mixed modes and dosage of exogenous hormones FSH、LH、PMSG、HCG and Chinese herbal medicine of inducing behavioral extrus. The results suggest that the behavioral estrus rate should arrive at 70%、80%、80%、90% respectively, fertility rate 71.4%、75%、75%、77.8% respectively. It makes behavioral estrus, mating, conception of Paguma Larvata more concentrative. This not only very well solves many kinds of problems in practical production, but also provides a technical basis for reproduction twice a year in northern area.
