汉中市大银鱼移植增殖技术研究

摘　　要：1996年汉中市红寺湖、南沙河两水库进行了大银鱼移植增殖技术研究 ,两库养鱼水面积共 3 47hm2 ,移植水温红寺湖水温 5℃ ,南沙河水温 7℃ ,两库各选择岸边水深 2m底质为砾沙底的投放点 5个 ,投放密度 12 96粒 /ha .采用网箱孵化技术 ,1997年底分别在两库进行成鱼标本采集共计 17尾 ,体长 15～ 18 3cm ,平均体长16 65cm ,体重 12～ 18 5g ,平均体重 15 2 5 g ,移值获得成功 .经过与山东天津大银鱼移植生长分析对比 ,两库适应大银鱼生长繁殖 ,大银鱼养殖有一定的发展潜力 ,但是因为农田用水较多 ,养鱼又与农业生产用水发生矛盾 ,存在一定困难 ,因而应探讨合理开发利用的途径 .The introduction and reproduction of giant icefish was studied at Hongsi lake and Nansha rever in Hanzhong city, 1996. Total water area are 78030 hm^2. The temperature of Honsi lake and Nansha rever is 5 ℃ and 7 ℃ 5 put-in points was choosed, and net-box technique was adopted. The put-in density was 1296 per hm^2. In 1997, 17 adult icefish samples were collected, and the body length was between 15～18.5 cm which averaging 16.65 cm; the body weight was between 12～18.5 g which averaging 15.25 g. the introduction and reproduction was successful.Hongsi lake and Nansha river are fit for giant icefish grafting and reproducing. The rational utilization technique has to be researched more, because of the water-use of agriculture has collide with fish-culture.
