秦岭地区泥鳅生物学特性及人工繁殖技术研究

摘　　要：泥鳅是珍禽朱的主要食物之一 ,开展人工繁殖技术研究 ,意义重大 .泥鳅一冬龄性成熟 ,耐低氧 ,最适生长水温 2 4℃～ 2 7℃ ,繁殖水温不得低于 18℃ ,参加繁殖试验的亲鱼要求体重雌性 2 0 g左右 ,雄性不得低于 12g ,雄性泥鳅一般体小 ,胸鳍末端较尖 .雌性泥鳅体大 ,胸鳍末端展开呈扇形 ,性腺发育至Ⅳ—Ⅴ期 ,可注射适量LRHA - 2 和HCG ,雌雄性等量 ,♀∶♂ =1∶2 (3 ) .水族箱内催产受精 ,水泥池中孵化网内孵化 ,效果较好 .Loach (Misgurnus anguillicaudatus) is one of main feeds of the Crested Ibis (Nipponia Nippon), and from this point, the loach artificial reproduction has important meaning. Locah sex can mature in 1 winter year. It can endure low oxygen, its optimum growing water temperament is 24～27℃ and its reproductive water temperament can not be allowed beneath 18℃. In the reproduction the female loach must weigh about 20g,and male one should more than 12g. The male loach is generally small, the terminal of pectoral fin more acuate; the female is generally big, the terminal of pectoral fin outspread fan-shaped. When sex gland develop to Ⅳ—Ⅴ period, the loach can be injected appropriate volume of LAH (A-2) and HCG, the amount of female and male is alike. ♀∶♂=1∶2(3). Hastening parturition and impregnating in aquaria, incubating in the incubation net in cement pool, the reproductive effect is better.
