摘 要:介绍了媒介共轭点啮合的由来和具体实施方法,它是将点啮合问题转化为两个线啮合问题来解决,从而利用成熟的线啮合理论来研究点啮合。讨论了点啮合副中的核心问题之一的接触域大小问题。利用微分几何和啮合原理推导出该机构的点啮合的诱导曲率方程,给出了接触域大小的计算公式。并对渐开线螺旋面包络蜗杆分度凸轮机构的接触域面积进了实例分析计算。结果证实与圆柱面相比渐开线螺旋面作为分度盘轮齿廓面,其点啮合诱导曲率相对较小,接触面积大。因而轮齿廓面的承载能力高、耐磨性强。The history and actual methods of the medium conjugate point engagement were introduced. This method transferred the point engagement into two line engagement problems so that point engagement problems were studied by perfect line engagement theories. The contact area which was one of the main problem in point engagement pairs was discussed. With the differential geometry and engagement theories, induced curvature formulas of point engagement were deduced, and the formula of the local contact areas was given. For the involute screw surface enveloped worm indexing cam mechanisms, the contact area was calculated. The results show that the point engagement induced curvature of involute screw surface as indexing plate surface is smaller than circle column surface, and the contact area is bigger, so the carrying capacity and wear are strong.
