摘  要:带冠整体叶轮代表了未来整体叶轮结构设计的重要发展方向,带冠整体叶轮的加工是现代制造领域的难点之一。本文结合某型带冠整体叶轮的加工试验,对组合电加工方案的关键工艺进行了分析,并重点讨论了电解加工叶轮预通道的阴极设计及其运动轨迹的确定,以及电火花加工中的成形电极设计和进给轨迹设计等问题。The style of an integral impeller with a ring is the developing tendency of the integral impeller in the future, and its machining technology becomes one of the difficulties in the manufacturing domain. This paper analyses the key technique of the combined machining method used in the trial manufacturing of the integral impeller with a ring. Moreover, some crucial technique is also discussed, such as the design of the cathode and its path in manufacturing the pre-channel by electrochemical machining (ECM), the design of the profiled electrode and its path in electro-discharge machining (EDM).
