摘　　要：区域联防虽然是一种比较消极的防守形式 ,在具体运用中 ,只要针对性强便能起到人盯人防守所起不到的作用。Although zone denfence is kind of somewhat negative defending pattern,it plays more important role in practice than man for man defence, if it would be used with a definite aim. This article will make a summing up on the related ideas of the practice of zone defence in basketball training and competitions.
