慢性乙型肝炎活动期红细胞免疫粘附功能及血清免疫球蛋白和补体变化

摘　　要：探讨慢性乙型活动性肝炎患者红细胞免疫粘附功能、循环免疫复合物(CIC)、血清免疫球蛋白和补体的变化。采用红细胞免疫粘附法、聚乙二醇淀法和消浊比浊法,检测患者48例,以40例健康体检者作为对照组。患者组的RBC-C3bRR、DTER及血清补体C3、C4均明显低于对照组(P<0.001),而患者组的RBC-ICR、CIC及血清免疫球蛋白lgG、lgA、lgM均明显高于对照组(P<0.001)。慢性乙型活动性肝炎患者红细胞免疫粘附功能及血清免疫球蛋白和补体异常。This study was designed to observe the changes of erythrocyte immunologic adhere function, circulation immunity compound, serum immunoglobulin and complement in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods of erythrocyte immunologic adherence and polyethylene glycols deposition were adopted to Measure 48 patients and 40 healthy person. It was found that RBC -C3bRR, DTER and serum complement C3, C4 of patient' s group were obviously higher than control group (P< 0.001). The results showed that the erythrocyte immunologic adhere function and serum immunoglobulin and complement in patients with chronic hepatitis B were abnormal.
