乌司他丁对复杂的肝胆手术围手术期的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察乌司他丁对复杂的肝脏和胆道手术病人术后的抗手术侵袭作用。方法　对比各 30例应用和未应用乌司他丁治疗的两组施行复杂的肝脏和胆道手术的病人术后肝功能、肾功能的改变及术后病人的恢复情况。结果　应用乌司他丁可缩短术后病人的体温平均恢复时间、术后白细胞平均恢复时间和术后平均住院日 ,与未应用组比较 ,有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5)。Objective To observe the effect of ulinastatin in perioperation of involved liver and biliary operation. Methods 60 patients who underwent involved liver and biliary operation were divided into two groups randomly. Postoperative conditions and LFT,RFT of patients were compared. Results Recovery time of the temperature and WBC, and hospitalization time were shorter in the group with ulinastatin.The difference was significantly compared with control group( P <0.05). Conclusion Ulinastatin had a good impact in antagonism operative foray for involved liver and biliary operation.
