摘　　要：目的　对AV6 495型半自动生化分析仪各项指标测定比较。方法　采用定值血清作为标样用速率法及终点法 ,分别在四个波长下测定 ,同时对测定结果进行比较 ,并做统计学分析。结果　AV6 495型半自动生化分析仪线性结果显示稀释浓度值与测定浓度值相近 (r =0 .9985～ 0 .9999;P >0 .0 5) ;最佳条件下的变异 (OCV )CV <1.6 1% ,常规条件下的变异 (RCV )CV <2 .57% ,小于卫生部临检中心及WHO推荐RCV( % ) [1 ] ;交叉污染率较小从低浓度到高浓度 (COLH =0 .51% ) ,从高浓度到低浓度(COHL=0 .4 7% ) ,符合仪器指标。结论　AV6 495与进口BTS - 310半自动生化分析比较 ,无显著性差异P >0 .0 5,该仪器操作简便 ,稳定性好适合基层医疗单位使用 ,应严格掌握仪器使用与操作 ,以期得出准确结果。Objective To test and compare the indications of AV6495 Semi-auto analysor. Methods Serum of fixed values is examined by endpoint method and kinetic method with four class of wave lenghthes,and the test results are analysed.Results The linear results generated by AV6495 Semi-auto Analysor show the dilution concentration are similar to the test results(r=0.9985-0.9999;P> 0.05 );Optimun coefficient of variation (OCV)cv<1.61% and regular coefficient of variation(RCV) <2.57%, which is lesser than the RCV(%) recommended by Clinic Examination Center of the Ministry of Health and WHO;Cross contaminative rates,being 0.51% (from low to high concentration.C OLH ) and 0.47%(from high to low concentration,C OHL ),meet the requirements of the apparatus. ConclusionsCompared with BTS-310 semi-auto analysor,no statistical significance was found( P >0.05).AV6495 Semi-auto analysor meet the requirements of basic medical units with its convenience and stability. Operation regulations should be conducted strictly.
