摘 要:目的 研究白蒺藜有效组分对心肌缺血再灌注损伤 (IRI)的影响。方法 采用整体大鼠心肌IRI模型研究白蒺藜有效组分对心肌梗塞面积与CK -MB活性水平及不同时间点心电图∑ST的影响。结果 白蒺藜有效组分可明显减轻心肌IRI。Objectives To evaluate the protection of effective elements of tribulus terrestris L against ischemical reperfusion injury(IRI) to myocardium of rat heart. Methods The rats were divided into 4 groups randomly: In model control group, the coronary artery of rat was not ligated. In IRI control group, 30 minutes after rat coronary artery ligated, the recanalization was done. In two experimental group, 7 days before experiment, Tribulus terrestris L was given according to rat's weight every day. One was 15 mg per kilogram, another was 45 mg per kilogram.∑ST in ECG, area of the infracted myocardium, CK-MB activity were detected, 30, 60 minutes after recanalization. Results The differences of area of the infracted myocardium, CK-MB activity, ∑ST between control groups and experiment groups were significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusions The study shows that effective Elements of Tribulus terrestris L can protected against myocardial injury caused by ischemia and reperfusion in rat heart obviously.
