摘　　要：介绍了频率为50MHz的低相噪恒温晶振的设计方法,分析了影响晶体振荡器相位噪声的主要因素,同时给出了研制产品的测试结果。A design method is introduced for the 50MHz low phase noise and oven-controlled crystal oscillator. The main factors influencing the phase noise of crystal oscillator are investigated. The test results of this developed product are also given.
