摘　　要：本文以微机核子秤为例 ,介绍了在WINDOWS环境下用VC ++语言编写串行通信程序 ,实现用微机对数字仪表及设备 ,进行监督测与控制的方法 。Taking computer nucleus scale for example,this article deals with how to use VC+ + to compile the serial communication programs in Windows, which can make it come true to monitor and control the digital meters and equipment with computers, and improve serial communication function in practice as well.
