摘　　要：“建筑再利用”现象的出现并非偶然,它源于人类对生存空间的重新认识 源于可持续发展观念在各领域中的渗透 使人的思想价值观有了转变 旧建筑被看作整个社会经济体系中的一个产品 看到了其在经济,社会 环保方面的潜在价值 视其为城市发展的一个契机。本文从设计实践的角度 试图对旧建筑涉及历史 经济、环保、设计的基本方法进行探索和分析。the phenomenon of 'reusing buildings' comes from the understanding of human living space, from the permeating concept of sustainable development Old buildings have their potential value in economical, social and environmental aspects They can be utilized in urban development This article tries to explore, from the viewpoint of a designer, the historical, economical, environmental and design aspects of reusing old buildings
