摘　　要：适应高校人事制度改革的新形势,我们在引进的北京大学管理信息系统的基础上,开发了基于三层B/S模式的Web数据库教师岗位职责与业绩考核系统.本文介绍了该系统的设计原理与实现方法,并对应用情况做了简要的介绍。We have developed the Teachers' Duties and Achievements Assessment System based on Web database and on triple-tie B/S scheme,which inherited from Peking University Management Information System. Oursystem has been improved to specify the needs of reform that is occuring inadvanced educational personnael management mechanism. This paper dealsmainly with the design principle and implementation methods of the system andgives a brief account of the system application.
