摘　　要：本文在分析当前高校教务管理信息系统的现状和存在问题的基础上,提出运用现代管理科学和先进的信息技术,开发高品质的综合教务管理信息系统,是促进教务体制改革、实现教务科学化管理、规范化管理、实现减员增效、信息共享的重要举措。Based on analyzing the problems existing in management information systems (MIS) of universities, this paper points out that using modernmanagement science and advanced information technology, and developingcomprehensive teaching MIS with high quality are an important act to promotethe teaching structural reform, to realize the scientific teaching management andthe standardize management, and to accomplish the depletion of numbers, theincrease of efficiency, and the share of information.
