摘　　要：论述了建立城市排水管网 GIS系统的必要性 ;GIS环境下建立排水管网优化设计的数学模型的方法 ;优化程序的设计思路 ;管段设计流量的快速计算方法以及建立 GIS系统的原则和开发途径 .After discussing the necessity of establishing the GIS system of urban drainage pipe network,this paper presents a mathematic model and its programming process for optimizing design of drainage pipe network under GIS environment,including fast computation of the pipeline designed discharge.Additionally,the principles and method of establishing the GIS system are simply introduced.
