摘　　要：根据导弹发射装置自动检测设备的检测要求,提出了将自动测试和故障诊断专家系统进行综合的方法。介绍了检测设备的硬件组成原理,并对专家系统的组成和推理程序进行了讨论。A synthetical method between automatic testing and fault diagnosis expert system is presented according to the requirements of automatic test equipment (ATE) for missile launcher.The paper also shows the hardware constituents of ATE,and discusses expert system's construction and reasoning flow.
