摘　　要：人力资本在知识经济时代具有非常重要的作用。本文通过分析我国当前人力资本投资主体的投资行为,提出其在发展中存在的问题,在此基础上给出了相应的完善对策,指出我国应加大人力资本投资。Man -Power capital has effect on the Knowledge Economy Times.The authors analyze the act of man -power capital investment ,and put forward some problems in its development,th en give some advices on how to improve them.From above we can conclude that the man -power capital investment should be enl arged in our country.
