摘 要:目的:寻求导弹发射装置室内动力学环境模拟试验中疲劳等效情况下的时间缩减关系。方法:以发射箱上附加的弹性梁为研究对象,通过计算其上预制疲劳裂纹在各强化载荷作用下的扩展情况,研究等效规律。结果:提出了一个疲劳裂纹扩展计算的新方法,获得了等疲劳情况下的时间缩减曲线。结论:时间缩减曲线的获得将使导弹发射装置室内动力学环境模拟试验的进度大大加快,对降低研制成本,缩短研制周期具有重要意义。Aim:To seek for the time reduction relationship under the condition of fatigue equivalence in the indoor dynamic environment simulation test of the missile launcher.Methods:The elastic beam attached to the launching box has been taken as the research object.The equivalence law has been studied by computing the propagation of the prefabricated fatigue crack on the beam under the action of various strengthened excitations.Results:A new computational method of the fatigue crack propagation has been proposed and the time reduction curve under the fatigue equivalence has been obtained.Conclusion:The time reduction curve will speed up the indoor dynamic environment simulation test of the missile launcher.The work is of great importance to the decrement of development cost and the reduotion of development cycle.
