摘　　要：采用PWM控制器和MOSFET功率开关一体化的集成控制芯片是新一代开关电源设计的重要特点和趋势。本文介绍了美国PI公司研制的单片开关电源集成芯片TOPSwitch-Ⅱ系列的特点及其在开关电源设计中的应用,并给出了设计中需要注意的几个问题。同时给出了笔者在所设计的外关电源的连续模式与断续模式下的漏源极电压波形。It is the feature and tendency of designing the switch power supply that using the chip integrated PWM controller and MOSFET. It is introduced in this paper that a SMPS IC TOPSwitch-Ⅱ designed by USA PI Corporation,and the application in designing the switch power supply.The points should be paid attention to during the designing is also involved in.The voltage wave between drain and source under continuous and discontinuous modes is illustrated.
