摘　　要：擒拿课的教学不仅是对学生的体能和战术技能的培养,同时也是对学生心理素质的培养。实战中的恐惧心理是大多数学生普通存在的问题,如何解决好这一难题,本文作者集多年教学经验,总结了一套较系统且行之有效的方法,实践证明效果十分明显。The course of capture not only cultivate the students' physical agility and combating skill butalso foster the students' psychological quality.Most of the students have fear in actual combat.How to solvethis difficult problem?The writer,gathering all his teaching experiences over the years,has summed up a setof systematic and practical methods,which proves very effective.
