摘　　要：本文针对中国联通关心的“交换机系统接通率”和“交换机语音接通率”这两项指标,结合GSM网络的信令消息流程进行了详细的分析,介绍了接通率分析的一般步骤和方法,并根据本人多年的维护经验,总结并归纳了提高接通率的具体方案。This text aims at these two concerned indexes of“system accesssuccessful rate of exchanger”and “oice access successful rate of exchanger”by CHINAUNICOM, it has many detailed analysis by combining with the signaling messages of the GSMnetwork,and introduces the general analyzing methods and steps. Moreover, according to myexperience of maintenance for many years, I summary the particular schemes to raise the indexof access successful rate.
