摘　　要：China Petroleum Pipeline Material and Equipment Corporation (CPPMEC) subordinatesto China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau (CPPLB) which is directly under the control of CNPC.CPPMEC is a economic entity with corporate organization which runs independently, andthe exclusive material and equipment management department of CPPLB. It runs facing tothe society as well as handles material and equipment supplying for key construction projectsof CPPLB.
