2000年和2001年院前急救病例动态分析

摘　　要：目的 分析2000年和2001年院前急救患者性别、年龄、病种、出诊时间和地点分布等资料的动态变化趋势。方法 分别对我院2000年1月1日～12月31日、2001年1月1日～12月31日紧急出车抢救的全部院前急救患者的病历资料进行统计分析。结果 与2000年相比,2001年年龄组在0～9岁(占7.8％)、70～79岁(占12.7％)患者的比例增加(P<0.05);疾病病谱中神经系统急诊(占24.4％)、心血管系统急诊(占17.9％)、颅脑外伤(占17.3％)及儿科急诊(占9.0％)的比例增加(P<0.05);出诊时间在0:00～3:00之间的患者(占5.6％)比例减少,在12:00～15:00之间的患者(占14.5％)、21:00～24:00之间的患者(占16.6％)比例增加(P<0.05);出诊地点为家庭的(占23.7％)急诊患者减少,在公共场所的(占17.8％)及乡镇医院的(占34.3％)患者比例增加(P<0.05～0.01)。结论 对2000年、2001年院前急救病例动态变化趋势的分析为进一步提高院前急救医疗质量提供了依据。Objective The purpose of this study is to describe the distribution of patients' gender, age, kinds of disease, and visit time and place, involved in prehospital emergency care during 2000 and 2001 in a hospital of Zhanjiang, Guangdong Province. Methods Data abstracted from medical records of the patients received prehospital emergency care in the hospital during January 1, 2000 to December 31, 2001 were analyzed. Results Number of patients aged 0-9 years (7.8%)and 70-79 years (12.7%) with emergency care in 2001 increased, as compared with that in 2000 (P < 0.05) . Numbers of emergency care in neurological disease (24.4% ) , cardiovascular disease (17.9% ) , head injure (17.3% ) and pediatrics (9.0% ) appeared a tendency of increase (P <0.05) in 2001. Number of the patients who needed emergency care at midnight (0:00-3:00, a.m.) decreased (5.6%) in 2001, but those at 12:00-15:00, p.m. (14.5%) and 21 :00-24:00, p.m. (16.6%) increased in 2001,as compared to that in 2000, with P < 0.05. Number of home visit decreased (23.7% ) , while that of emergency care at public and township and town hospitals increased (34.3% ) in 2001. Conclusion Analysis for the data collected from a hospital during 2000 to 2001 laid a scientific basis for improving the quality of prehospital emergency care.
