高压低频脉冲直流电治疗股骨头缺血性坏死临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察高压低频脉冲直流电治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的疗效。方法　治疗组采用高压低频脉冲直流电治疗 5 4例 (75髋关节 ) ,对照组采用温泉中药浴及磁疗治疗 3 1例 (4 0髋关节 )。以髋关节功能测定及X线片改变作评价对比标准。结果　两组总有效率分别为 76%和 72 .5 % ,无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　高压低频脉冲直流电可减轻股骨头坏死的临床症状 ,并能延缓股骨头塌陷的发生。To observe the curative effect of treating ischemic necrosis offemoral head by high voltage and low frequency pulsating D.C.. Methods 54 case (75 ill hip joints) were treated by high voltage and low frequency pulsating D.C.in treatment group,and 31 case (40 ill hip joints) were treated by hot spring baths with chinese medicine and magnetothherapy.The functional measure of hip joints and change of X ray photograph were evaluated and compared. Results The total effective rate in the two groups were 76% and 72.5%. There was't a significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion The high voltage and low frequency pulsating D.C.can alleviate clinical symptoms and can retard the collapse of femoral head.
