摘　　要：在珲春市沿边开放十周年之际,回顾和介绍中外专家学者关于图们江地区开发的主要论点,对珲春暨图们江地区开发,具有现实意义。The year 2002 witnesses the 10th anniversary of Hunchun's opening up to the outside-world. Therefore it is very important for us to present certain arguments on the developmentof the Tumen River area by some experts and scholars at home and abroad. Doing so is also of benefit tothe development of Hunchun and the Tumen River area.
