摘　　要：地市党校图书馆要适应新形势下服务对象对文献信息的需求,必须提高图书馆工作人员的综合素质,增强服务意识,提高服务质量。Prefecturel and municipal Party school libraries should adapt themselves to theirreaders' need of document data and improve their service. Their librarians should also havea strong sense of duty and improve themselves professionally.
