半导体激光血管外照射治疗高粘高脂血症的临床观察

摘  要:目的 对比观察钾铝砷半导体激光血管外照射与口服博尔心对高粘高脂血症患者血脂、血粘度及临床症状的影响。方法 将101例高粘高脂血症患者随机分为两组:半导体激光血管外照射组(治疗组)和博尔心组(对照组)。治疗组采用钾铝砷半导体血管外激光照射后,观察患者血粘度、血脂及临床症状的变化,并与对照组进行比较观察。结果 半导体血管外激光照射能显著降低红细胞压积、全血粘度、纤维蛋白原、总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(P<0.01),并降低血浆粘度和血甘油三酯(P<0.05)。半导体血管外激光照射组患者血甘油三酯的降低较单纯药物组效果显著。半导体激光血管外照射后患者临床症状得到显著改善,未见严重副作用发生。结论 半导体激光血管外照射是治疗高粘高脂血症患者有效、安全的方法,可供临床应用。Objective To compare the effect of semi - conductor laser irradiation on hyperviscosity and hyperlipemia. that of Boexin Methods Cases of 101 hyperviscous hyperlipemia were randomly assigned to the semi - conductor laser irradiation group (test group) and Boexin group (control group) . Blood viscosity, blood lipids and clinical symptoms were observed before and after semi -conduct laser irradiation or drug therapy. Results Semi - conduct or laser irradiation remarkably decreases the level of hematocrit, whole blood viscosity, fibrinogen, plasma total cholesterol (TC) and low - density h'poprotein (LDL) (P<0.01) . Plasma viscosity and plasma total triglyceride were also reduced significantly ( P < 0.05) . Plasma triglyceride was reduced by semi - conductor laser irradiation but not by Boexin. Remarkable improvement in clinical symptoms and no obvious side effect was found. Conclusion It is demonstrated that semi - conduct or laser irradiation is an effective therapy for hyperviscous hyperlipemia.
